Missional Prayer Mondays

Pray the great missional prayer of Psalm 67.

Monday, August 28

Today we will pray through Psalm 67, paying particular attention to verses 2, 4, 5, and 7. The psalmist is clearly praying for God’s ways and salvation to be made known to all the nations, resulting in “may all the peoples praise you.” Bethany is blessed and honored to have 17 global missionary families serving in ministries that impact all of Asia, Africa, Latin America, and Central & Eastern Europe. This is in addition to the 11 families ministering in the United States.

Please pray that Bethany’s impact through the “hands and feet” of our missionaries will lead people across the globe to come into a relationship with Jesus.

Psalm 67
For the director of music. With stringed instruments. A psalm. A song.
1 May God be gracious to us and bless us
    and make his face shine on us—
2 so that your ways may be known on earth,
    your salvation among all nations.
3 May the peoples praise you, God;
    may all the peoples praise you.
4 May the nations be glad and sing for joy,
    for you rule the peoples with equity
    and guide the nations of the earth.
5 May the peoples praise you, God;
    may all the peoples praise you.
6 The land yields its harvest;
    God, our God, blesses us.
7 May God bless us still,
    so that all the ends of the earth will fear him.
